What White Cube Does

White Cube is a tool for:

• Organizations to create and manage open calls and review submissions
• Artists to create profiles, browse calls, and submit work

We provide the platform. We are not involved in agreements, payments, or relationships between artists and organizations.

Accounts

To use White Cube, you need an account. You agree to:

• Use accurate information
• Keep your login secure
• Take responsibility for activity under your account

If You're an Artist

You agree that:

• You own or have rights to the work you submit
• Your work does not violate anyone else's rights
• Your submission information is accurate

Organizations — not White Cube — make decisions about your work.

If You're an Organization

You agree that:

• You are responsible for the calls you create
• You review submissions fairly
• You handle all communication, agreements, and payments with artists

White Cube does not manage your relationships with artists.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Artists own their work — fully and permanently.

White Cube claims no ownership over any artwork, images, text, or creative content you upload or submit through the platform. All copyright and intellectual property rights in your work remain exclusively with you. Using White Cube does not transfer, license, or assign any rights in your work to us.

Limited technical license.

By uploading content to White Cube, you grant Super Charged Object, LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform — for example, showing your submission to the organization you applied to, or displaying your portfolio on your public profile. This license is strictly operational. We do not use your artwork for marketing, advertising, model training, or any commercial purpose without your explicit written consent.

Deleting your content ends the license.

When you remove content from White Cube, or close your account, our license to that content ends. We will delete it from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.

Organizations do not receive IP rights.

Submitting work to an organization through White Cube does not grant that organization any rights to reproduce, publish, or use your work beyond what you have agreed to directly with them. Any such agreement is solely between you and the organization. White Cube is not a party to it.

Payments and Subscriptions

Organizations may pay for access to White Cube features. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider.

By purchasing a plan, you agree that:

• Your payment information is handled by Stripe, not White Cube
• You are responsible for any charges, taxes, or fees
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

White Cube is not responsible for payments between organizations and artists, or disputes about artwork, commissions, or sales.

Using the Platform

Don't:

• Break the law
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Try to hack or disrupt the system
• Misuse the platform

We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Availability

We try to keep White Cube running smoothly, but we don't guarantee no downtime, no bugs, or perfect performance. We may change or remove features at any time.

Ending Your Account

You can stop using White Cube anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated or the platform is misused.

Liability

White Cube is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Super Charged Object, LLC is not liable for lost data, lost profits, disputes between users, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the changes.
