Payments (Stripe)

If you purchase a plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details. Stripe may collect:

  • Payment method
  • Billing address

Your Artwork & Creative Content

Artwork images, portfolio photos, and creative content you upload belong entirely to you. We store them solely to operate the platform — to display your portfolio, pass your submission to the organization you applied to, and generate printable materials like intake forms.

We do not use your artwork for advertising, marketing, AI training, or any commercial purpose. We do not sell or license your images to third parties. When you delete content or close your account, we delete it from our systems.

Who Sees Your Information

Organizations

If you submit to a call, the organization running that call can see your submission, images, and the profile information you've made public. They do not receive any rights to your work beyond viewing it through the platform.

Service providers

We use tools like hosting providers, image storage (Cloudinary), email services (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe). They only access what's necessary to operate the service and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Legal

We may share information if required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your data:

  • While your account is active
  • As needed to run the service
  • As required for legal or security reasons

You can request account deletion at any time.
